The Wall Street Journal hosts HR Round Table for international MBA students
07 Nov 2007The Wall Street Journal Europe is hosting a Human Resources Round Table for international MBA students, as part of its Future Leadership Program. This event has been devised to strengthen the relationship between international business students and their future employers.
The Round Table is being held at the Leuven Campus on November 9th and will bring together top HR executives from the world of business, including representatives from Suez Energy Europe, Electrabel, 3M, MCI, Telenet NV, Dupont and Borealis.
The event will give the MBA and Masters students an insight into how each participating company attracts the right people and skills to satisfy customer needs. As part of the same Future Leadership Program, The Wall Street Journal Europe also distributes copies of the paper to 170 universities and business schools across Europe.
Rick Zednik, the Journal’s circulation director, said: “This event is a great example of how the Journal, as a business news leader, partners with leaders in business education, to connect like minded people and create networking opportunities. I am confident that we will be able to build on this event and partner with other prestigious business schools across Europe.”
