Vlerick Alumni celebrates its Golden Jubilee
22 Apr 2008On 22 April 1958, professor André Vlerick founded an association for the graduates of the School, that later would be renamed after him and which today, we know as Vlerick Alumni. The mainspring, written down in the original statutes of the association, was to make sure that the alumni of the SPSO (Seminarie voor Productiviteitsstudies- en Onderzoek, a predecessor of Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School) would stay connected to each other.
Fifty years later, Vlerick Alumni has become a professional organisation and a well-known network of management professionals, thanks to the active support of over 13,000 graduates! Today, we celebrate our fiftieth anniversary!
