  • 'User’, ‘you’ or ‘your': Every natural person (B2C) or legal entity (B2B) that enters or has entered into a contractual relationship with Vlerick via its online platform.


What should I know about e-mail received from and sent to Vlerick?

This email and any attached files are confidential and may be legally privileged. If you are not the intended recipient, any disclosure, reproduction, copying, distribution, or other dissemination or use of this communication is strictly prohibited. If you have received this transmission in error please notify the sender immediately and then delete this email. Email transmission cannot be guaranteed to be secure or error free as information could be intercepted, corrupted, lost, destroyed, arrive late or incomplete, or contain viruses. The sender therefore is in no way liable for any errors or omissions in the content of this message, which may arise as a result of email transmission. If verification is required, please request a hard copy. If the message contains a virus the message will be destroyed without any further notification. What may I expect from the Vlerick website?

Although Vlerick makes every effort to ensure the correctness of the information on its website, Vlerick makes no performance commitment and can never be held liable for false or incomplete information.

I have discovered a gap or an error in the information!

If a report is received with regard to incorrect information, then Vlerick will make appropriate corrections within a period of 15 working days, or it will remove all or a part of the corresponding information. The User that has reported such erroneous information will be informed of the measures that have been taken.

Is it possible for me to use the Vlerick logo?

Under intellectual property rights are also understood brand-name rights (including but not limited to the Benelux deposition 908522 “V VLERICK”, the Benelux deposition 1251093 “V VLERICK ENJOY CHANGE” and the Benelux deposition 818056 “VLERICK”), rights to drawings and models and/or other (intellectual property) rights, including patentable or non-patentable technical and/or commercial know-how, methods and concepts.

A use of the logo or the brand-name Vlerick is prohibited without advance and written permission by Vlerick. If you would like to receive such a (written) permission, then you must take up contact by mail with Vlerick Business School - Legal Department, Reep 1, B-9000 Gent, Belgium, or send a corresponding e-mail to legal@vlerick.com.

What about the links to other websites which are available on the Vlerick website?

URLs (or links) which are included on the website or other electronic communications portals, and which do not stand under the actual control of Vlerick, can be visited by the User at his/her own responsibility.
