Vlerick professor Alexander Yanchevsky was voted ‘Number 1 Manager’ by his peers

Recently, Russian managers were asked by the leading Russian business newspaper ‘Kommersant’ to rate their colleagues in the region of St. Petersburg and area. The rating was subdivided into 19 business sectors including Audit & Consulting, Business education, Energy, Real estate, Civil construction, Banking, Leasing etc. As for the sector ‘Business Education’ Vlerick professor Alexander Yanchevsky was voted the “Number 1 Manager” by his peers. Besides being a professor he’s also the director of the International School of Management, i.e. Vlerick’s campus in St. Petersburg.

Alexander Yanchevsky’s reaction to this news: “I was rather surprised to find myself on the first place in the sector ‘Business education. I account this only to the increased visibility of the School.”
