Career Services Coordinator (m/f)

To join our Career Services department in Brussels, we are looking for a Career Services Coordinator (m/f).


  • Interfacing with MBA and Masters coordination colleagues to ensure a smooth integrated delivery of the career and personal development programmes within the MBA and Masters programmes
  • Organising the workshops within the overall Career Services activities for the degree students
  • Administering the production of the CV books
  • Helping students in organising their job searches and interview processes
  • Organising company information and recruitment events on and off campus
  • Managing the completion of tasks to ensure the overall career services events and outputs are achieved
  • Managing and maintaining student and graduate data collection and reporting to agreed schedules
  • Optimization and updating IT tools in place (e.g. CRM, Careers Website, Shared Files/Folders, etc.)
  • Contributing to the development of Career Services branding & marketing material
  • Build & maintain network relationships with programme participants, alumni and organizations


  • 5 to 15 years relevant work experience
  • A Master degree
  • Has built a network within the Belgian business environment
  • A marketing flair and good communication skills
  • An understanding of and respect for cultural diversity
  • Interest in or knowledge of recruitment and marketing
  • Excellent English language skills(oral and written)
  • Strong inter-personal skills and good ability to work within teams
  • Personal maturity, trustworthiness
  • Flexible (e.g.: being present at events outside the normal working hours), well-organised, and able to work autonomously
  • A working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
