A word from our Faculty Dean

Change and growth are probably the two terms that best describe Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School. Ten years ago our school was hardly known outside its home market Belgium. But today it has become a top ranked and triple accredited international business school. And it is growing at a remarkable pace. In a few years time, the number of graduates from our MBA and master programmes has doubled! We have developed our campus in Russia, and are now also running an MBA programme in China. What the future will bring is yet to be seen, but one thing is for sure: we expect the growth to continue.

This growth cannot happen without faculty expansion. To make this happen, we have launched a pro-active recruitment campaign, phased over the next three years, expanding in almost every area of expertise in the school: accounting and control, business strategy, entrepreneurship, corporate finance, information management, innovation management, human resource management, corporate strategy, leadership, marketing, operations and supply chain management, and organizational design.

The school is a dynamic place to work. As a faculty member you will explore your academic field through both fundamental and applied research projects. You will be able to create new concepts, write and publish. We will give you the opportunity to further develop your own skills and competencies. Yet at the same time you will develop the skills and competencies of the executive participants in our training programmes.
