School structure
Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School is organised as a professional service organisation. The Board of Directors governs the School and is supervised by the General Council. The Board of Directors delegates the management of the School to an Executive Committee and a Management Committee.
The governance and organisational structures are illustrated below. They should be seen as a matrix, with the business units (degree programmes, management development programmes and research) and a number of staff functions on the one hand, and the five competence centres on the other hand.
