Audit Committee

The Audit Committee supports the Board of Directors and the General Council in their supervising task. The Audit Committee serves as an independent control body and is entirely composed of external members, among which a representative of each of the parent universities.

The Audit Committee meets biannually and reports back to the Board of Directors and the General Council.

The Audit Committee has 4 members:
