More than 30 years after the first retrospective in 1979, the Centre Pompidou (Beaubourg, Paris) organises a unique exhibition of Dali’s work. This extensive retrospective includes the artist’s most iconic and famous works, thanks to the MoMA New York, Reina Sofia Madrid, Saint Petersburg, and the Fundacio Dali in Figueras.
With more than 200 art pieces – paintings, sculpture, pictures, etc.- the Dali retrospective, together will the Hopper exhibition, will be THE highlight of the art season 2012/2013.
We will meet on Wednesday November 21st at 6.15 pm at the foot of the Zidane sculpture in front of the Centre Beaubourg. As from 6.45 pm, a guide/conférencier will guide us, in French, through the exhibition in an instructive and fascinating way.
Afterwards we’ll go up to the highest floor of the Beaubourg Centre to enjoy the modern cuisine of the Le Georges restaurant… and of course the breathtaking view over Paris.
