Research brown bag on Cultivating attitudes: the role of business schools in society

Category: Research Events

The Vlerick research brown bags are an excellent opportunity for researchers and faculty to learn from each other’s experiences. By sharing ideas, research practices and experiences we hope to get everyone on the path to excellent research!
The sessions are open to all researchers and faculty from Vlerick Business School, our parent universities and other academic institutions.

The dismantlement of popular ideologies has forced universities to assume the role of primary cultivators of attitudes and morals. Being educational institutions business schools do precisely that – they cultivate attitudes in their students, which later become manifested  in the choices and practices of management professionals. Taking a closer look at the values that shape modern business school education is exactly the focus of this brown bag session.

This month's session is chaired by Yuliya Shymko

This session takes place in room M 1.4 at our Ghent campus and can be followed through video conference at our Leuven (A 2.04) and Brussels (B 3.10) campus. Feel free to bring your own lunch.
The sessions are open to all researchers and faculty from Vlerick Business School, our parent universities and other academic institutions.
