It’s a jungle out there - we have to fight for survival, right? Wrong! We are socialised and our brains are hard-wired to fight or flee when we are confronted with difficult people or difficult conversations. This is true of the work environment, business dealings and of our private lives as well. Yet, business and personal survival and growth in today’s world requires more, not less collaboration with others. But how do we ‘bargain with the devil’? How do we engage with people who only have their own interests at heart, or who want to harm us? How do we get them to move in our direction? Come and learn in this webinar, how to use principles of persuasion and collaboration to turn their ‘No' into a ‘Maybe ...’, or preferably a ‘Yes!’
