Rules of the contest: “Experience Vlerick Days” Contest
The “Experience Vlerick Days” contest (hereinafter referred to as “the contest”) is organised by Vlerick Business School (hereinafter referred to as “the School”), a public utility foundation, whose registered office is established at 9000 Gent, Reep 1, VAT BE 0424.244.049.
The contest runs from 27 April 2015 - 10 May 2015 12PM.
The contest is open to any natural person who has attained 18 years of age, excluding the permanent and temporary workers (employees and self-employed persons) of the School, the persons living at the same address as the above-mentioned persons and their family members.
Contest participation is free and without purchase obligation.

. Only those persons who fill in the form completely and correctly are eligible to participate.
The course of the contest:
Participants in the contest must fill in all required fields in the ‘Experience Vlerick Days' form, including the answer to the question: (1) Why do you want to participate? (maximum 240 characters). The answers must reach the School by 10 May 2015 at 12 pm at the latest. In case of a dispute concerning the timeliness of an entry, the time of registration on the School’s server applies. A jury, comprised of Rian De Bruycker (Customer Relationship Manager), Corine Versteylen (Marketing Manager Executive Education) and Sarah Verhaeghe (Customer Relationship Manager), shall judge which 15 persons per day (from Monday 27/04/2015 to Sunday 10/05/2015 (12 pm) – that is, 14 days) have given the best answers. The winners are the persons who have filled in all required fields and are among the 15 respondents that the jury has selected each day, based on the answers to the question mentioned above.
Participation in the contest is only possible in the way described in these rules. Any entry form that is incomplete, illegible or incorrectly filled in is invalid. Participants can only participate once. With the exception of gross negligence or fraud by the School, no complaints will be accepted concerning the organisation of the contest.
The final winners will be contacted by e-mail by 13 May 2015 at the latest. The designation of the winners cannot be challenged, for whatever reason, except in the case of gross negligence or fraud by the School.
Via the contest, 210 persons can win the following prize: 1 free participation in 2 workshops that will be held on the Vlerick Business School Campus at 1210 Brussel, Bolwerklaan 21 or ALM at 2600 Antwerpen, Filip Williotstraat.

Except for gross or wilful misconduct, neither the School nor its employees or third parties called upon in the context of the contest can be held responsible for any possible damage of whatever nature that would result from the organisation of the contest, the designation of the winners, and the award of the prize. If, in the case of force majeure or an event that occurs out of the School’s control, the contest would be cancelled, interrupted or changed, or the prize would be eliminated, the School will have no obligation to pay any compensation to the participants or winners of the contest.
. For anything not provided for in these rules, the organiser will take all necessary or appropriate measures to ensure that the contest runs as smoothly as possible.
. Participation in the contest implies that the participants accept all points of these rules unconditionally. The organiser reserves the right to change one or more points of these rules, or to stop the contest, at any time. The rules are available on simple request and via the contest page:
The personal data of the participants that are communicated to the School in the context of the contest are entered into a database for the purpose of marketing the activities of the School. Each person that proves his identity is entitled to access his/her personal data and to correct these data. She also has the right to oppose, on request and without charge, the proposed processing of his/her personal data. Application hereto should be directed to:
The winners of the contest give the School permission to use their personal data (their last name, first name, address, etc.) on any medium (print, publication, film or video, etc.) for the purpose of promoting the School, for which the School does not have to pay any compensation. In addition, the winners of the contest give the School permission to take pictures of them and to use these pictures (for display and/or disclosure to the public, etc.) on any medium (print, publication, film or video, etc.) for the purpose of promoting the School, for which the School does not have to pay any compensation.
The invalidity of any stipulation of these rules shall not invalidate the other stipulations of the contest rules.
These rules are subject to Belgian law and any dispute will be settled exclusively by the courts of Gent.
