International human resource management
The role of HRM in the organisation receives a different interpretation in different countries and continents. In the context of the Cranet research group (www.cranet.org), Vlerick is conducting comparative research in some 40 countries in the area of HRM strategies and practices. By virtue of its large scale and longitudinal character, the triennial survey not only shows contrasts among countries and cultures but also reveals new trends and evolutions.
