The Centre for Excellence in Strategic Rewards seeks to develop the strategic dimension of reward management within a contemporary business context, taking both business drivers and stakeholder expectations into account. In addition to creating and transferring knowledge, the Centre is an exclusive reward management network for HR and reward professionals.

Executive Remuneration Research Centre

In order to give an answer to the numerous challenges in the field of executive remuneration, Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School has established the Executive Remuneration Research Centre. The aim of this centre is to develop and share academically valid and practically relevant research within executive remuneration.
