• 2012/02 - Subsidiary types, activities, and location: an empirical investigation

  The present paper extends the literature on the functions of foreign subsidiaries in the strategies of multinational companies in two ways: (a) by using a series of activities to induce subsidiary roles and (b) by investigating the firm-specific and location-specific determinants of subsidiary roles.

• 2012/01 - Innovation and Internationalization by Indian Firms: Evolutionary Paths since 1990s

  In 2010, there were 56 Indian firms in the Fortune Global 1000. These included firms like Sun Pharmaceutical with revenues of slightly less than US$ 1 billion, to Infosys and TCS with market values of roughly US$ 30 billion, and Indian Oil with revenues of about US$ 50 billion.

• 2009/13 - The planned decision to transfer an entrepreneurial company

  In this paper Ajzen’s Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) is expanded and tested to explain the transfer of an entrepreneurial venture upon exit.
