Stay ahead of trends and challenges in career management

The Centre for Excellence in Career Management (CECM) was established in 2003 to address the changing conditions in the employer-employee relationship. Via workshops, seminars, practice-oriented research, tool development, knowledge sharing and networking, new insights and solutions are generated to effectively develop talent and to let talent grow throughout the organisation thereby matching individual career needs with organisational goals.

The Centre for Excellence in Career Management creates an effective breeding ground for individual and organisational learning and development by:

  • Exchanging visions and practices during workshops, events, roundtables and seminars,
  • Conducting rigorous research that is relevant to practice,
  • Developing and testing new management concepts,
  • Developing new tools to respond to changes in the environment,
  • Sharing and transferring knowledge among the Centre’s members,
  • Networking among members.

Centre for Excellence in Career Management strives to contribute fundamentally to the HR community by building a sound basis for making high-impact decisions and by developing useful tools to support top management, line management and staff.
