How to enhance the performance of the people in your organisation
The Centre for Excellence in People Performance (CEPP) was established in 2004 to address the issue of how to maximally steer and motivate employees to achieve outstanding performance. The Centre is a unique platform, where member organisations share experiences and develop new insights into how to engage and support employees to improve their performance. Our goal is to develop practical relavant insights and tools that support organisations in enhancing people performance and becoming high-performing organisations.
The Centre creates an effective breeding ground for individual and organisational learning and development by:
- Exchanging visions and practices,
- Conducting rigorous research that is relevant to practice,
- Developing and testing new management concepts,
- Updating, improving and adapting existing tools to respond to changes in the environment,
- Sharing and transferring knowledge among the Centre’s members,
- Networking among colleagues.
The Centre for Excellence in People Performance strives to contribute fundamentally to the HR community by building a sound basis for making high-impact decisions and by developing useful tools to support top management, line management and staff.
