Vlerick hosts first edition of Cleantech Challenge

Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School is proud to host the very first edition of the Cleantech Challenge which will take place on Friday 19 and Saturday 20 March. This brand new competition which aims to stimulate the development of venture ideas in the sphere of clean technologies is an initiative of Vlerick Masters and MBA students in joint cooperation with KULeuven and the helpful sponsoring of GIMV, Electrawinds, Ecover and Stonefund. At this opening event there will be guest lectures from several experts in the field of cleantech.

To develop new clean technology venture ideas Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School and KULeuven students teamed up. Only five projects were selected to compete for a € 2,000 prize to be able to further develop the idea. The winning team will also compete in the international Cleantech Challenge, which will be organized on 22 and 23 April at London Business School.
