Several faculty members and researchers from Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School attended the 69th Academy of Management Conference in Chicago (Illinois, USA) from 7-11 August. Several papers have been presented there and the Vlerick delegation had plenty of opportunity to network with their peers.

Vlerick also sponsored the reception of the International Management Division that was attended by about three hundred academics working all around the globe. Initiatives like sponsoring this reception add to putting Vlerick on the map of renowned international business schools with interesting career opportunities for international faculty.
