A close look at international rewarding
The Centre for Excellence in Strategic Rewards recently conducted a survey on international rewarding. The questionnaire for this “Survey of Global Reward Management Practices” was placed online from 15th March 2009 till 10th August 2009. The study focuses on how companies manage the reward process for white collar employees.
For each of the reward (management) components and for each of the white collar employee groups, it was asked at which level which decisions are taken for the majority of the workers in the specified group. In other words: to which degree do companies (de)centralise reward management for the specified employee group? Finally, the questionnaire also asks for the most important changes planned in the companies of the respondents with regard to global reward management practices.
The results will be presented mid November 2009.
