jobs.
Flanders DC inspires creativity and innovation:

GUBERNA

Guberna (formerly the Belgian Governance Institute) is a non-profit institution that studies ‘Corporate Governance’ issues in all their aspects.
Guberna was founded in 1996 - as a non-profit organisation - by the partners of Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School and a number of leading companies in Belgium. In the meantime, Guberna has become the reference centre for corporate governance in Belgium. As a knowledge centre, Guberna studies corporate governance in all its dimensions and for different types of companies. It represents a large network of directors and offers a broad product portfolio to its members. It also facilitates the exchange of experience and ‘best practices’. Guberna has been actively involved in the development of the Belgian Corporate Governance Code and the Code Buysse. Guberna is also represented internationally through networking with parallel organisations and institutions.
