This year’s MBA Recruitment Day includes a Career Fair (AM) and Prescheduled Interviews (PM).
The career fair takes place in one large room where each company is allocated a stand that is at least equipped with a table, chairs and an electrical outlet. The stand space should be used to provide MBA students with general corporate information and promotional items. Companies are requested to have at least 2 experienced representatives continuously attending the stand, ideally one HR and one Business Representative. Both people can expect to be approached by our MBA students with questions on the corporate HR policy and on the larger business context and performance in general.
The interviews take place in private break-out rooms at the various floors of the school campus. Cold beverages are foreseen. Interviews are expected to be held in the light of concrete job opportunities requiring a MBA profile and are expected to be taken by an experienced HR Representative. One interview timeslot is estimated at 30 min. Companies that have confirmed their attendance will receive a list of students interested in their business upfront, but may as well request an interview with students whose profiles best fit current talent needs.
