Interested in New Talent?

The General Career Fair is open to our current Master & MBA students looking for a job and to companies who are recruiting.

In February 2011 more than 300 full-time MBA and Masters students attended our yearly career fair. With this Career Fair the school wants to create a bridge between companies and students by offering a forum where both parties can interact.

It provides a great opportunity to network informally with our students who can ask questions, exchange business cards and get to know you better. Our participants are interested in local companies as well as in international posts in Europe and beyond. Our Masters students typically have no work experience and our MBA students have a minimum of 3 years with an average of 6 years work experience.

The VLERICK Career Fair takes place on:

Error processing inclusion of Your Showcasing Stand : Inclusion of this URL is not allowed.

Showcasing displays cannot be more than 3 m² (3m wide and 1m deep), with the allowance of banners, handouts and small visual presentations.  Show-casers wishing to provide a more elaborate display should contact Joke De Leeuw (joke.deleeuw@vlerick.com).  Options are possible following consultation and acceptance from the above contact.

Vlerick will provide you with a table and 2 chairs.  If you need an electrical outlet, please let us know in advance.  You are free to decorate the stand as you wish.

We provide a sandwich meal and drinks for representatives at each fair.  In addition, our students will receive a Career Fair Booklet with a list of all showcasing companies. Furthermore, your company’s participation will also be publicized on our students' website.

Set-up of showcase displays is the responsibility of the company. Consequently, the company itself is responsible for costs incurred (depending on special requirements worked out in advance with Vlerick). Set-up of stands can be done three-hours before the start of the fair or from 4pm onwards the day before the Career Fair.

Our Master and MBA student CV’s are available on-line.  The CV website is an important recruitment tool for companies who would like to browse through our Vlerick talent while defining a number of search criteria to reduce their CV search time. The link to our CV website will be made available to participating companies upon request.

In Need of an Interview Room?

Would you like to select students in advance to interview them at the Career Fair?  Then we can arrange a private interview room for you.  As mentioned above, please feel free to select potential candidates from our online CV Book to have a first interview round.

Please submit an interview request to us, so we can book a room in advance for you to invite and interview the students.
