Accent Jobs – Leadership development programme
This Accent Jobs – Leadership development programme will be focusing on Strategy and Leadership, followed by an elective track of Creative Leadership, Leading in a Cross-Cultural Context, Leading Successful Change and Negotatiating to create value.
It will be a learning journey that Accent Jobs’s managers will undertake together. Some parts are meant for both target audiences. However, for other parts of the programme senior and middle managers will go through a separate learning journey.
Part of the core modules in Strategy and Leadership will be separated for middle and senior managers. Though, the connection between the two groups will be made by having a common introduction, using the same models so both groups get used the same language, having a 360° feedback process (Vlerick Appreciative Leadership Profiler) for all participants leading to a joint commitment towards development and coaching, and having informal evening activities together.
