Assessment Tool: Committed Change Indicator

Every day we are confronted with change. As an organisation we are continuously swamped with new desires and demands from the market.

What do we wish to achieve?

In order for changes to take place successfully and to be able to anticipate the problems they entail, the Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School developed a very efficient tool. In the complexity of change, we use 15 parameters to measure the readiness to change in your organisation. That way you can aim for even more efficiency in the different processes and enlarge the competitive force of your company.

  • Do you wish to have insight in the factors that determine the change policy in your organisation?
  • Why does the readiness to change vary in the different departments of your organisation?
  • Which teams can form a lever to change?
  • Do you wish to finally receive an explanation for the different reactions that individuals have regarding change?

What can you expect from us?

  • You get an overview of the different factors that help succeed change.
  • You are given conclusions regarding the approach towards change within your organisation.
  • You also get an insight in the readiness to make an effort in the current change process of your organisation.
  • You can position your company against about 130 already questioned organisations.

How do we go about this?

You have the questionnaire filled out by some co-workers of your choice from your organisation (to fill out the questionnaire: 10-20‘/person).  We analyse the answers and formulate our conclusions regarding the change climate of your organisation, your different departments, and the readiness to change of the elected individuals. This can be done anonymously. The questioned can use ones own password to fill out the questionnaire. We also give you an insight in the degree of support you get in a concrete change project.

Should you wish for an additional interpretation of the answers of the questionnaire, we can interview the people you elected.

In any case, you receive our written conclusions. Should you wish so, we can organise an additional morning or afternoon for further reflection with the team you elected. That way we can immediately work on the weaknesses we discovered.

  • Further support is discussed according to what we concluded and to the individual organisational needs.
  • The questionnaire exists in 3 languages (Dutch, English, and French)
