He was granted the IBM Faculty Award for Sales and Marketing for his work on solution selling.

Veroniek De Schamphelaere Prof Veroniek De Schamphelaere researches employee engagement and motivation, team management and self-management. She trains professionals to become effective communicators and people managers.
Pascale Hall Pascale Hall, Sales Performance consultant, Partner Minds&More, Master facilitator MHI Global and Vantage Point Performance.
Xavier Baeten

Prof Xavier Baeten is Head of Vlerick’s Reward Centre.

His areas of interest are reward management, compensation & benefits and stakeholder management.

Karlien Vanderheyden Prof Karlien Vanderheyden studies social intelligence and how individuals can enhance the performance of organisations through their interactions with others. She teaches skills, styles and behaviours - including cognitive styles, decision-making and pitfalls in teams.
