"I’ve been now in 2 out of the 3 different modules of the RLP and have to say it’s been a great ride so far. Eye-opening (the world – read: consumer behaviour - is changing with the speed of light), sometimes confronting (there are world class retailers out there making you aware of the enormous potential if you’re open to change) and refreshing (‘going outside’ really moves the needle). My main takeaway is consumers should be on top of the organization.
The programme is a brilliant mix of high level theoretical classes tackling corporate strategies, practical field surveys and well appreciated 360° feedbacks on one’s personal managerial skills.
