The meeting place for professionals looking for an integrated approach, content and networking on Business Process Management, Enterprise Project Management, Enterprise Architecture and Information Management!

Each day we find ourselves confronted with a myriad of opportunities and threats for our organisation. Each of them seems to demand our immediate and undivided attention. Are your business processes agile and flexible enough to cope with this kind of turbulence? What you need is an integrated approach to Business Process Innovation.

This conference will use a blended method to tackle complementary management disciplines:

  • Execution and improvement of your business processes through Business Process Management (BPM)
  • Selection and implementation of the necessary improvement initiatives through Enterprise Project Management (EPM)
  • Knowledge discovery and management on both current performance as future improvement areas through Information Management (ICT)
  • Governance of the business and ICT environment through Enterprise Architecture (EA)
