Programme topics

This Executive Master Class consists of an opening seminar, 9 core modules and a closing seminar. Each core module runs for three consecutive days. One module is scheduled each month. The programme begins in March 2010 and ends in February 2011.

• Module 2: Strategy and Performance Management
• Module 3 & 4: Advanced Techniques for Business Process Improvement (focus on process modelling and quality)
• Module 5: Setting Up a Process Support Organisation
• Module 6: Enterprise Programme Management
• Module 7: Information Systems Alignment
• Module 8: Delivering Service Excellence 
• Module 9: People and Change Management
• Closing seminar: State-of-the-art BPM
• In-company project: The programme concludes with an in-company project, which allows participants to translate their knowledge into concrete business practice. The participants will conduct the project and write a practical and relevant management report.
