Prof Dr Stijn Viaene is the Programme Director and supervises the content and
quality of the programme.
Being involved in Business Process Management for many years, this Executive
Master Class is unique as it connects the different aspects of strategy
execution with the application of process tools for improvement and management,
both in theory and with real industry examples. Being able to share this
knowledge with other class members from other industries creates an enormous
added value.

I learned most from the modules that presented existing frameworks and
theories, complemented by techniques, case studies and best practices. Looking
back, a valuable – if not the most valuable – aspect of the Executive Master
Class was the interaction between lecturers and participants. My peers all had
complementary backgrounds, experiences and knowledge. The Executive Master Class
provided me with the theoretical foundation and a structured approach to
continue what my team and I started.
