Managing Lean Transformations in ICT

This seminar will answer questions such as: What is Lean? What does Lean mean to ICT? What are typical pitfalls you should be aware of when implementing Lean practices in an ICT environment?

Learn from our practitioners and professors, and interact with your peers. After this session, you will understand why Lean failed in some organisations and how it became a success in others. You will gain insights in the strengths, weaknesses and lessons from the past.
