Rik de Nolf is the CEO and Managing Director of Roularta Media Group, founded by his father Willy de Nolf.

Rik also serves as the president of the Flemish Media Company (VMMa), the broadcasting company behind VTM, Q-Music and many others. Since 2011, he is also the head of the Group Express-Roularta, the French subsidiary company of Roularta.

Hans Mattheeuws is currently Director in Tessenderlo Group responsible for all Controlling, Consolidation, Accounting and Reporting matters.

Prior to joining Tessenderlo he worked for Campina, going from controller to Divisional Controller in different countries with a strong focus on business performance.

Fons LeroyFons Leroy – CEO, VDAB

Fons Leroy started his career at the ministry of Employment as adjunct principal private secretary. Since 2005, he is the head of the Flemish Service for Employment and Vocational Training (VDAB). He has been proclaimed ‘Government Manager of the year 2009’ and ‘HR Ambassador 2010’.

Bart Verhaeghe 100Bart Verhaeghe – CEO, Uplace – Club Brugge

Bart Verhaeghe was CEO of the Verelst Group and Eurinpro. In 2006, he oversaw the successful acquisition of Eurinpro by Goodman.

Today he is the Chairman, CEO and majority shareholder of Uplace, the Uplace Pro Triathlon Team and the value investment fund Noorhof Fund. Bart Verhaeghe is also the founder and chairman of the Itinera Institute, member of the board of directors of Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School, and president of Club Brugge.
