To perform these activities successfully, it is useful to look at best practices of entrepreneurs as they employ specific methods and routines to overcome barriers to successful opportunity identification, evaluation and implementation. In a series of hands-on workshops, we aim to convey the entrepreneurial mindset to the managers’ daily toolkit.
