Strategic remuneration as a function of your objectives
Financial rewards are one of the most complex areas of managing. We
preach equity and fairness, yet most reward systems are unfair. We preach
transparency, yet have persistent anomalies. (prof. dr. John

Target group
This programme is aimed at everyone with several years of relevant working
experience who wants to become proficient in managing compensation and benefits
and who is looking for tools and concepts to achieve this goal:
- HR generalists and HR business partners who want to acquire knowledge in the
field of compensation and benefits management
- people who are familiar with the technical aspects and/or with specific
fields within compensation and benefits, and who wish to acquire a helicopter
view on strategic rewards.
Programme topics
The programme lasts 10 days (8 days + 2 residential). The syllabus is as
follows:

- Module 2: The context of rewarding
- Module 3: Reward processes
- Module 4: Reward systems
- Module 5: Employee benefits
- Module 6: Final module
