Become an expert in HRM
The Executive Master Class in Human Resource Management is a long-term HRM
programme centered around various functions of HRM. Our mission is to position
the HR function as a strategic business partner to raise HR’s value-added for
organisations.
“The Executive Master Class in HRM was a strong yet smooth cocktail with
a well-balanced blend of ingredients: learning, networking, thought-provoking
discussions, working and playing hard! The weekly classes and the residential
sessions have helped me to deal with several issues at work in novel ways. In
sum, this Executive Master Class will certainly serve as a professional eye
opener, but it may also represent a great way to expand your professional and
social network.”
Anne-Marie Henckens – HR Manager, Berner

The Vlerick Approach
Vlerick connects theory to practice, and back again. Theoretical concepts and
insights turn real through applying them to your own innovative idea.
Participants learn from faculty’s lectures as much as from interaction and
exchange with their peers. Getting a solid grip on key HRM concepts and methods
is the focal point of this programme. Business cases and practitioners’
presentations translate theory into practice. A willingness to immerse yourself,
to participate pro-actively, and to openly share ideas is essential to getting
your full ROI from this programme. The personal project is this programme’s
defining feature. Every participant will take on an HR issue from their own
organisation as a mandatory final project. Our faculty and academic staff will
support your with their expertise. This part of the programme will bring unique
value-added to your organisation.
Faculty
To connect theory with practice, we combine academic lecturers with invited
presenters from industry. For a complete introduction of all speakers please
