Sales & Operations Planning
[Detailed Programme] [Location]
An exclusive workshop on Sales and Operations Planning
The current economic climate
forces companies to focus on working capital reduction without compromising on
customer service. To put this in place, effective cross-functional collaboration
between sales, operations and finance is required. Though we have been familiar
with the concepts of Sales & Operations Planning for some decades, there
seems to be substantial room for improvement in most companies. Vlerick Leuven
Gent Management School organises an exclusive executive workshop to
discuss how to successfully implement cross-functional Sales & Operations
Planning at the strategic level. Participants get the opportunity to
discuss and share experiences with their peers at the top in the organisation
(Director level or above) in different domains: Operations, Finance and
Sales/Marketing.
Target Group
Professionals at the strategic level of the organisation (Director level or above) in different functional domains, operations, finance and sales/marketing. Participants are encouraged to participate with a team of colleagues from other areas to discuss the top-level aspects of Sales & Operations Planning and how to get it organised in the company.
