Employer Branding & Employee Engagement

To attract the right talent and to ensure that this talent shows strong engagement towards the organisation is one of the most important objectives for every HR professional. Nowadays HR managers and communication specialists often work together on employer branding initiatives to attract talent. Interdisciplinary cooperation is a must for every organisation to create a strong employer brand.

Once talent is recruited, the organisation has to fulfill their expectations to increase the engagement because engaged employees usually perform better and remain loyal to the organisation.

Professors of Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School and experts from daily practice deliver hands-on advice to set up successful employer branding & employee engagement initiatives. They deliver it through workshops, benchmark results, tools, exercises and cases that illustrate the various steps and components in this process.
