Executive Master Classes are long-term, international, part-time management courses that offer an in-depth analysis of the body of knowledge present within one specific management field. These courses are aimed at people with relevant work experience and a good understanding of this field.

• Executive Master Class in Controllership An advanced management programme designed for professionals with a specific interest in accounting and control. This intensive 16-month programme provides junior and senior professionals with the necessary training to pursue a successful career as a controller. • Executive Master Class in Corporate Finance An advanced management programme that provides executives with the training necessary to pursue a successful career in a finance function or in a financial institution. This intensive English-language programme provides a unique learning experience, where formal knowledge transfer of technical concepts is deeply rooted in business practice and decision-making. Short programmes

Short programmes are programmes focused on specific topics, lasting 1 to 6 days.

• CFO-Club The Vlerick CFO-Club is a unique platform where both CFOs and academics will exchange their knowledge and experience. Membership of this club is on invitation only.

• Financial management for the hospital physician This programme gives doctors an insight into financial information sources (balance sheet, annual accounts, cost calculation) and hospital financing, and teaches them how to handle information efficiently for productivity and quality reporting. • Get to know your costs & budgets This programme helps you to evaluate the profitability of products, customers and markets more effectively. Accurate cost information, cost-price calculation and budgeting are central elements here. Duration: 3 days, from 9 am - 5.30 pm Language: Dutch

• Get to know your figures The annual accounts provide a picture of the financial health of a company. It is therefore vital for all stakeholders to have an understanding of balance sheets and profit and loss accounts. Duration: 2 days from 9 am - 5.30 pm Language: Dutch

• Managing Corporate Performance with the Balanced Scorecard This 3-day programme is designed for companies that want to achieve successful measurement and management of their business performance. Practice-oriented case studies, lectures, and in-class discussions provide participants with the necessary tools to translate their strategies into action and manage their businesses for enduring success.
