Build your decisions on costing information
	This programme focuses on gathering cost data, cost calculations, and drawing up budgets. Participants are given essential knowledge and tools to assess the profitability of products, customers and markets. After the programme you will be able to design a simple cost calculation system of your own, and you will know what Activity Based Costing can do for you. You will know the ropes of producing and analysing budgets.
