The people manager has one of the toughest possible tasks: that of coaching and inspiring employees, offering them guidance in their career, motivating them during organisational changes, and so on. Over the course of six days, you can increase the effectiveness of your management style.

Target group

This programme is aimed at CEOs, management members, executives and line managers who are responsible for people in a department or organisation, and who want to raise their personal people management skills.

Content

The programme consists of five modules in six days, from 9 am to 5.30 pm every day.

The syllabus is as follows:

  • Module 1: Retention management: attracting, motivating and retaining competent employees on an ongoing basis (1 day)
  • Module 2: The people manager as career manager (1 day)
  • Module 3: Management, leadership and coaching (2 days)
  • Module 4: Analysing behavioural styles (1 day)
  • Module 5: Readiness to change? About emotions, assumptions and intentions (1 day)
