General Management training programmes are part-time executive programmes that provide a helicopter view of management. These programmes cover basic concepts as well as the latest trends in several management fields.

Long-term General Management programmes

For each step in your management career, we offer a General Management programme that is geared to the training needs and professional challenges of that stage of your career and development:

• Young Management Programme (EN)

  Optimise your management and leadership potential - Take the next step in your management career. Gain insight into your management capacities and make full use of them. A training programme for high-potential managers who want to expand their frame of reference on management.
  Duration: 5 modules of 3 days spread over 11 months + 3 individual coaching sessions

• Middle Management Programme

  Develop a helicopter view on management. The programme integrates multiple management disciplines and focuses on the synthesis of functional domains (finance, marketing, strategy) and soft skills (HR, leadership, team management). It provides managers with the necessary toolbox to transfer newly acquired management skills and techniques to their daily professional environment, within the framework of their corporate strategy.
  Duration: 
  Residential formula: 11 modules of 2 days spread over 15 months
  Semi-residential formula: 14 day sessions and 4 two-day modules spread over 15 months

• International Management Programme

  Develop a global helicopter view on management. The programme integrates multiple management disciplines and focuses on the synthesis of functional domains (finance, marketing, strategy) and soft skills (HR, leadership, team management).
