Why this programme
Interim Management has grown out of its infancy and the profession is
becoming more and more established. However, there is still a need for further
professionalisation. Recent polls reveal that companies are increasingly open to
outside help. Moreover, interim managers have become implementers of change
rather than mere crisis fighters.
This management training programme provides professional interim managers
with a set of skills and techniques, as well as
fundamental insights into the profession. In addition to
result-oriented change and project
management, attention will also be devoted to a number of key
competences professional interim managers need to possess.
With this programme, you will be able to increase your ability to accomplish
interim assignments successfully and to firmly establish the changes introduced.
Target group
Are you an interim manager? Do you wish to gain insight into, and consolidate
your knowledge of the core concepts underlying your activities?
In order to maximise interaction among the participants, no more
than 30 people will be accepted in each group.

The Vlerick approach
To ensure a practical and action-oriented approach, case studies and
real-life examples are used as the primary training vehicle during the sessions.
During the programme, group discussions will reinforce the acquired know-how and
intensify interaction among participants.
After the programme
Upon successful completion of the programme, participants receive a
certificate, provided she/he has attended all classes and has shown commitment
to the programme and fellow participants and will be invited to join the
Vlerick Alumni network.
