A helicopter view on management

A training programme for experienced managers who want to have a broader vision of their department and their organisation, and want to look at their experience in a wider context. An overview of basic concepts and trends in all aspects of management and integrating them in a practical case.

Target group

This training programme is aimed at:

• managers (35-45 years old) with at least 8 years of professional experience and 4 years of management experience
• managers with responsibilities that extend beyond their functions or their departments

• managers who want to extend their functional expertise and invest in the growth of their organization.
