During this workshop, participants develop a complete case in small groups and with professional guidance, starting with creating a strategic vision for process management, and then analysing the current situation, modelling the to-be process, drawing up the action points of an implementation plan, and measuring the performance of the processes.

The BPM Workshop is an interactive, 3-day how-to workshop, where participants learn how to apply process-management techniques effectively in a real business environment. The number of participants is limited to 24.

Business Process Management (BPM) delivers the crucial business glue that synchronises planning, designing, building, operating, maintaining, monitoring and improving the capabilities of the enterprise. The objectives of this workshop are to introduce BPM and to go through the 4 phases of process management: analysis and modeling, evaluation, re-design and implementation. Working out a case exercise enables participants to apply understanding of the BPM fundamentals. In addition, best practice testimonials build the bridge from the exercise towards the real world.

Each session goes beyond the key principles to address specific business practices and reusable methods and techniques that are needed to optimise results throughout the definition, analysis, design and implementation phases of process management.
