Registration for our Masters programmes
Welcome to our registration process webpage! You are only a few steps away from your registration for the Masters programmes for academic year 2016-2017! We look forward to welcoming you to our School and we wish you all the best in your studies!
You wish to secure your place in our Masters programme? It’s simple:
1. COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION FORM
2. YOU WILL RECEIVE ONE INVOICE FOR THE TOTAL TUITION FEE
This invoice will automatically be sent to the invoice address you provide on the registration form. If the tuition fee will be paid partly by yourself and partly by your company, please indicate clearly on the registration form the amounts to be invoiced to the different parties.
3. PAY THE NON-REFUNDABLE COMMITMENT FEE
Upon registration you will receive an invoice, kindly pay the full tuition fee before the due date (30 days) mentioned on the invoice in order to secure your seat within the programme. In case you have a Prodigy loan, your commitment fee will be refunded.
If you opted to pay in instalments, you will need to pay in three separate instalments with the following due dates: 30 November 2016, 28 February 2017 and 30 April 2017. A fee of 250 EUR and a signed contract is required in case of payment in instalments.
4. YOU WILL RECEIVE A PROOF OF REGISTRATION
This document will be given to you at the start of the programme, but if necessary we can already issue one as soon as our accounting department has confirmed your payment (*)
5. YOUR SEAT IS GUARANTEED!

(*) Please note that costs related to international payments are at the expense of the student and must be included in your payment. If you have been awarded a scholarship, you may deduct your scholarship amount from the remaining fee.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2. PROOF OF REGISTRATION
Citizens of countries outside the European Union need a Proof of Registration to apply for a student visa.
It can take up to 2 months to have your student visa application processed after you have submitted your complete application file to the Belgian Embassy. Therefore, we strongly advise you to submit your student visa application as soon as possible after you receive your Proof of Registration and no later than 1 June 2016.
Please note that the School must inform the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs if a student enters the country on the basis of a student visa and then drops out of the programme before graduation.
3. PROOF OF GRADUATION
To complete your registration, we require a copy of your diploma before 1 October 2016.
For Belgian degrees, please send us a copy of your original diploma.
For non-Belgian degrees, please send us a certified copy of your diploma, or allow us to check the authenticity of your diploma by bringing along your original copy at the start of the programme. Alternatively, you may ask your university to send a proof of graduation directly to:

Students who cannot provide a Proof of Graduation will not be allowed to continue the programme.
Translation for documents
The required documents delivered to the Belgian embassy of Consulate may either be in English, French, German or Dutch, or an authenticated translation into one of these languages.
Authentication of documents
Ask the Belgian diplomatic offices in your country of residence to authenticate the original documents and any translation thereof. This may be done by the Belgian diplomatic offices, or the local authorities themselves, by adding an “Apostille” to the documents.
