Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School is one of a select group of institutions in the world to hold all 3 of the major international accreditations relevant to the world of management education: EQUIS, AMBA and AACSB.
This triple accreditation signifies that Vlerick's management education and research correspond to the highest quality standards in the world. International accreditation is important to the School because it is a distinction that raises the School's recognition, reputation and visibility and, at the same time, provides a benchmark for defining the necessary actions that will place the School on an even higher level.
Rankings
The School's rankings in authoritative listings confirm our position as a top-level European School of Management and open doors to corporate decision-makers across Europe. The internationalisation of the higher education landscape has also focused attention on a school's rankings with regard to its Masters programmes as well.
However, Vlerick does not view raising its position in the rankings as an objective. We value a high ranking as long as it is a result of the improvements the School has made under the stimulus of its own strategic objectives. We also believe that rankings should be taken seriously only if they show a stable pattern over time.
