Key Executive Master Class requirements

Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School Executive Master Classes have the following requirements:

  • A Master Class entails a minimum of 210 contact hours and a minimum study load of 250 hours (readings, case studies, assignments, in-company project, etc.). Following an Executive Master Class involves a serious commitment.
  • Participants must hold a university degree, or equivalent through work experience, and have at least 3 years of relevant work experience. Sharing knowledge and experience among professionals is an essential part of our concept.
  • Participants who successfully complete the programme − that is, attend at least 80% of all classes, prepare the case studies and assignments, and complete their in-company project − are awarded the ‘Executive Master Class' certificate.
  • After graduating, all participants can become part of the Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School alumni network, which has over 8,000 members to date. The alumni net­work’s informal activities and qualitative forums put you in touch with leading managers from the Belgian and inter­national business world.

Selection procedure

  • Candidates are requested to fill in the registration form and send it, together with their CV, to Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School.
  • The number of participants is limited, so early application is strongly recommended.
  • All Executive Master Class applicants are screened through an interview to ensure that the group is properly balanced in terms of background and experience.

    As soon as the Admissions Committee has evaluated the applications, candidates will be invited for the selection interview.
    Candidates will be notified without delay as to whether they have been admitted to the programme.
