Profile

Corneel Defrancq obtained a master degree in Commercial Engineering in 2008 (KU Leuven) and a master degree in European Studies in 2009 (IEE-ULB). Since September 2010, Corneel has been working as a researcher in the Area Accounting & Finance of Vlerick Business School. His current research focuses on the impact of corporate governance on mergers and acquisitions.
