Dave Bouckenooghe

Profile

Dave Bouckenooghe is research fellow at Vlerick Business School. Dave received his PhD in Applied Economic Sciences from Ghent University (2009), where he also earned his MSc in Industrial & Organizational Psychology (2003). Ever since he has worked in a research setting. After a short research adventure (6-month research project) at Ghent University, he chose for a career at Vlerick Business School. Since July 2009 he is professor at Brock University Business School (Ontario, Canada). He is a faculty member within the department of Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Entrepreneurship and Ethics (OBHREE). He teaches courses on planned organizational change and strategic human resources management at undergraduate, graduate and MBA level. His research interests lie in the area of organizational change management. His work has been published in leading management and I&O psychology journals, such as Journal of Management, Journal of Business Ethics, Applied Psychology: An International Review and European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology amongst others.
