Profile

Evy Bruyland is a research fellow at Vlerick Business School. She currently works as M&A Advisor at Ernst & Young. She obtained a master degree in Commercial Engineering at HUB (2007), a Master in Financial Management at Vlerick Business School (2008), and a PhD in Applied Economics at Ghent University (2013). She worked at the Accounting & Finance area of Vlerick Business School from 2010 to early 2014. Her research interests are related to the analysis and evaluation of distressed mergers and acquisitions
