Inge De Clippeleer

With a passion for people and their development, Inge has built her expertise around self-management and career management. Through her executive coaching and lectures, she is determined to make a difference in people’s lives by making them aware of their full potential and by pointing out their unique selling proposition to themselves, to those around them and to their organisation. She equips people with insights to help boost their career and personal mastery and she helps organisations develop supportive practices for career and employee development.

This is based on applied research projects she conducts for organisations and the research she has undertaken within the framework of the Centre for Excellence in Career Management, for which she is responsible. She has worked closely together with Atlas Copco, AGC, Elia, Randstad, ING, AG Insurance, SAS Institute and many others. She teaches internationally mainly around Europe and in Russia.

Profile

Inge De Clippeleer is Lecturer at Vlerick Business School and works as PhD candidate in the Area People & Organisation. She holds a university degree in Pedagogical Sciences from Ghent University. Her interests include self-management, career management, team management and professional management skills. Together with Prof Dr Dirk Buyens, she is responsible for the Centre for Excellence in Career Management.

Internationally  she has taught around Europe and in Russia  and lectures in the accredited European Human Resources Management programme – a programme run in close collaboration with EM Lyon and Copenhagen Business School among others. Next to her research and lectures she is career coach to Vlerick MBA students and executive coach in management development programmes.
