Shari De Baets

Profile

Shari De Baets obtained the degree of Master in Organizational Psychology at KULeuven in 2010. After her graduation, she worked at Vlerick Business School as research associate. In 2013, Shari obtained a three year full scholarship from the Intercollegiate Center for Management Science (CIM-FWO). She started working as a Doctoral Research Associate in the Area of People & Organization (Vlerick Business School) and the Department of Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior (Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Ghent University). During the academic year 2014-2015 she spend time as a visiting researcher at University College London (United Kingdom). Shari has presented her doctoral research at the Society for Judgment and Decision Making (2013) and the International Symposium on Forecasting (2014, 2015, 2016). She obtained her doctoral degree on January 13th, 2017.  Shari is currently involved as a researcher for the Vlerick Forecasting Center.
